The Best!

The absolute BEST melting/coating chocolate out there. It’s so easy to work with and you can’t beat the price. It melts nicely in the microwave, no seizing. It gets smooth, not clumpy. It also gets runny enough to actually coat your treat without being all gloppy, sloppy, and frustrating . Forget the expensive melting wafers. They are the worst. If you have those nasty buggers, don’t waste them. Combine them with this as it literally transforms them. I won’t buy any other chocolate for my treats again. The taste is also very good.

So tasty and sooooo easy to use! I used it to decorate sweet treats for my birthday party and the almond bark did not disappoint. Not only was it easy to melt down (I added a little coconut oil, per someone’s review) and it was sooo easy to work with. I dipped and decorated rice crispy treats, pretzels, Oreos, and cookies. One pack stretches quite far depending on the amount you’re making. Two allowed me to decorate and cater enough treats to fill a desert table for 20-30people.

Best Dipping and Drizzling Meltable Candy

This is a no-fail choice for dipping and drizzling. It never gets weird like melting chips often do. I break apart the blocks, and melt in an open freezer quart-sized ziptop bag on high for 30 second intervals until it's melted and smooth. I can easily re-melt hardened/cooled bits. If I'm using it as a drizzle, I zip the top then clip off a small piece of the corner of the bag and squeeze/drizzle straight from the ziptop bag. It tastes great too!
