- CHARCOAL GRILL: This grill is fueled by lump charcoal or briquettes, sold separately. It’s designed to cook food over hot coals, arranged in various configurations to provide direct and indirect cooking options
- COOKING AREA: Grill up to 35 burgers, 18 chicken breasts or 12 steaks on 840-square-inches of total cooking space. You can cook meats and larger items on the primary grate and use the warming rack for indirect cooking and to keep food warm
- CHARCOAL TRAY: The 4-level height-adjustable charcoal tray makes it easy to regulate temperatures to cook with high or low heat
- GRATES: These cast-iron grates are oil-coated to resist rust and make them easier to clean. They retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks

Love the way this pit is made and it appears made better than the last two I owned! The pit its self is easy to assemble (about 45 minutes) and is a lot sturdier. I love the cast iron grates because they last, make searing easy and are a lot easier to clean. The slide out ash tray is a new feature I am going to love. The ventilation is very good and the temp gauge works well. I love that they did away with the wooden lid handle and wooden shelves. With all the improvements, this pit should last longer than any I have owned yet!
