this tastes like a sweetened flavored kind of milk, and for me that makes it very easy to use frequently. I have not found anything that tastes better, but I don't try many. I'm going to stick with this one because it goes down good with me,,,,until they change it.

Great Protein Powder-if you can afford it

I had gastric sleeve surgery 10 years ago. I lost 117 pounds. I am supposed to have 90 grams of protein per day. However, the PRICE has gone completely insane. This is excellent protein. I wish I could have 30 grams of protein. I have been priced out of the protein market. I buy this protein when I can. But I highly recommend it if you can afford it.

I like the flavor of the chocolate but it would not dissolve in my coffee. I purchased a frother and it would not completely dissolve. There is nothing worse than chunky coffee. If you can stand the chunks, the flavor is good. The latte flavored protein shake will dissolve in the coffee with the frother. Now, I only purchase the latte flavored one.
