Can't train without it!

I grab one or two chew packs before every run or bike and have them with me. Typically, I will have a half to one pack per hour and it helps sustain energy. The flavor variety is helpful for me so I don't get flavor fatigue! I use Honey Stinger EVERY DAY and am able to train hard because of the products!!!!

I am running the Boston Marathon for the first time, and I never knew about gels or chews until training. These are the best I have found. The gels I tried had terrible texture and sat weirdly in my stomach. These are great! I really look forward to my 45 min markers when I can take them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
