Nice toner

I have dry skin but need some kind of toner to fend off break-outs. This one is relatively inexpensive and has replaced a more expensive one in my routine. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. The only thing about it that I don't like is the light fragrance of rose, which seems to be a theme in L'Oreal and L'ancome products.
