Fortunately admin at binclaw was very good and provided me with the binclaws ordered directly. Excellent customer service in that regard. I am very happy with the product. The shop app used for ordering was not very good. It told me that I had gotten delivery when it was not the case. When I did follow-up, Shop did not even recognize binclaw as one of its products.
