This seat is constructed out of a oasis dappled gray vinyl over foam on a gray plastic frame. Measures approximately 23 1/2" H x 18" W x 19 1/2" D overall when open, and when folded it is 12 1/2" H x 18" W x 19 1/2" D overall. Has a 5 x 5 mounting pattern.
