The Left-Handed, Kona K2 Series Thin Body Electric Acoustic Guitars strike the balance between the low profile electric guitar feel, and the acoustic guitar tone. This guitar is the perfect crossover instrument for the electric guitarists looking for a true, balanced acoustic sound without large body adjustment, or the smaller player that is uncomfortable with the deep dreadnought stretch. This Left-Handed Thin-Body, Low Profile Dreadnought size, cutaway body guitar features an EQ-505 3-Band Active Piezo Pick-up System, enclosed Gold Die-Cast Tuners and 2 Gold Strap Pins. It has a Spruce top with Tobacco Sunburst Finish and book-matched Mahogany back. Mahogany sides plus Rosewood fret board and bridge. 4-Ply Body binding and single-ply binding on neck and headstock. 10 Year limited Warranty. Extras include: Two pick guards; Polishing cloth; Neck wrench; Warranty and Care guide. 3" body depth, 41" long with a 25.75" Scale and 20 Frets. Gorgeous and comfortable
Beautiful looking and sounding guitar. I bought as a gift for my husband. He decided to learn with his right hand though based on preference and perhaps available online lessons. He said the thinline was very comfortable vs holding what felt like a big/wider “box” between his arms. Unfortunately the right handed one appears low in stock so had to get a different kind, but he wanted the same one.

Now I was reserving my excitement until I saw the product. $120 for a guitar? It cant' be that nice. But WOW. Aesthetically it's a beauty of an instrument. The finish is pristine and it looks top notch. The feel is amazing. The neck is thin and easily maneuverable with very low action. The thin-line body feel perfect against your chest as you play. It just sits nice. It plays like butter. But what about the sound? It's got a much more rich, fuller tone than any acoustic I've played. There's slight fret buzzing, but that's an easy fix. It seriously plays beautifully though and makes me sound better than I actually am. I haven't had a chance to plug it into an amp or DAW yet, but I'm excited. Nothing but good things about this guitar. It is beautiful. I'm in love.
