If you've ever been awakened at night from leg or foot cramps - this is the best tasting and fasteste relief...you'd think pickle juice wouldn't be tasty at 3 a.m., but it is and works before you are done drinking it...way better than a V-8 for the same purpoe, faster than potassium pills, Slimfast is great but who wants the calories of 'a meal' at 3 a.m....I took it with my on vacation two weeks ago to San Francisco and we walked and walked every day and every night - oh the leg/foot cramps...If you know you know...recommend to have on hand at all times.
