This treat that doesn't last!

Snappers are a wonderful mix of sweet and salty and perfect for a snack. But be careful! The bags are small and you may eat the whole bag in one sitting. They'd be even better if they had some pecans on the pretzels too. I've ordered them several times with no problem, but the last order included 3 bags but there was just one big chunk of candy in each bag-as if the chocolate warmed and melted everything together, then cooled into one big chunk that is inedible. I live in Florida but we've had a lot of cold weather recently, certainly not warm enough to melt chocolate. I am so disappointed and would like a refund. I can't return an edible item so a refund is in order. I'm working on that. But believe me when I say Snappers are a great snack! I will continue to order them.

Disappointed

Received this ordered through the USPS and was disappointed. It seems as if the cholocate had melted and the pretzels were not fresh. There should be a quicker way to receive food items. I bought two bags and for the price it should have arrived faster and in better condition. I will not be ordering this item again.
