Drop Biscuits Prep Time: 3 min/Bake Time: 10 min/Makes 6 You Will Need: 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp milk or water 1. Heat oven to 450degF. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. 2. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake 8 to 10 min or until golden brown. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Pancakes You Will Need: 3/4 cup milk or water 1 egg Prep Time: 1 min Cook Time: 2 min/batch 1. Grease skillet or griddle with vegetable oil or shortening (or use cooking spray). Heat over medium-high heat (heat electric griddle to 375degF). 2. Stir Bisquick Mix, milk and egg until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot skillet. 3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Makes about 9 High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. For Light and Fluffy Pancakes: Stir 1 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla into batter.

Strawberries is one of my go too, for a very delicious dessert. You can use Betty Crocker Bisquick Organial All- Purpose Baking for your cakes. For my the frosting, chocolate comes my mind.

This is a great size for taking with, as I did when we went on a family cabin vacation. You get the same quality as the box, but the ease of storage in the pouch.
