Cheap but...
I wasn't sure what they meant by "minced fish" when I got these. They are much cheaper than other fish sticks, but for a good reason. They're the fish version of chicken nuggets, where the meat has been mulched into a slurry and formed into shape. They're not inedible, but I think I'd rather just spend the extra money for regular fish sticks.
