Very good! Trust the Gordon's fisherman, right? I recently used these for some fish sandwiches. Pop a couple of these filets in the air fryer, some tartar sauce on a soft hamburger bun, a slice of beefsteak tomato, a few pickle chips, a dust of black pepper, and wala! You've got yourself a pretty good fish sandwich. I'm thinking of using these filets for some fish tacos, next!

Good Fish Sticks

They are a good size for dinner. They crusted well and bake up really well. You could also make fish taco, burritos . The favor is good and not a fishy taste but mild fish favor. They can be cook in oven , toaster oven The right size for you kiddos to pick with their finger and dip in their flavor sauce

I'm alone so 10 is a good amount. i do suggest lightly greasing a pie plate i take 2 out, preheat my oven and place them on top until they are thawed before cooking because straight from the freezer to the oven doubles your cooking time and the crust is mushy instead of crispy.
