Keep frozen. Microwave: For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the red dots and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Microwave ovens vary-adjust cooking times as needed to reach 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Microwave Cook Time: 1200 wattage - 6 minutes; 1000 wattage - 8 minutes; 800 wattage - 8 minutes. Stove Top: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup water. 2. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain and serve, enjoy. If microwave is less than 800 watts, please use stovetop instructions. Caution! Contents are hot. These are the perfect
These are the perfect addition to any dinner or lunch. They convince of have them always around to quickly pop in the microwave saves so much time when preparing dinner for the family. I love to toss them with a little bit of lemon juice and garlic salt!

These are some mean green beans
So i had picked up a bag of these steamable frozen green beans (and the corn too) simply because the store brand bags all had little holes in them which let.in the freezer air and theyd have tasted nasty... so i got these cuz they didnt have puncture wounds. THESE THINGS ARE AMAZING!!! Not only are they tasty but NO POT NEEDED!! They cut back on dishes!! Save water, save time... 5 min and theyre done. Dont have to take them out of the bag; just pop em in the microwave, 5 min on the timer... BAM!! Take em out let em sit for a min then tear the notch on the bag, which was amazingly easy (comes in handy when you have nerve damage in your hands) and enjoy! Usually we have alot of veggies left over, not this time... they ate almost all of them. Cut Green Beans Super Sweet Corn

Always for Green Bean Casserole!
Just as they are, steamed with butter, salt, and pepper. A great choice. But its also my go to for making green bean casserole. I mic a package while mixing the soup, pepper and fried onions. Oh, milk too. By the time that is done, the beans come out and are mixed in, then bake!
