Perfect Snack
At first I thought this was a bit pricy, but after I opened it....its loaded with nuts and fruits and worth every penny. Ive never eaten it, as a cereal w/ milk. I keep a bag by my computer..for those times when one would normally want a few chips or snack crackers. It has a slight, almost undetectable sweetness. Most from the fruits..which you get in ever tablespoon's worth. Its bland, but wholesome tasting at the same time. It can be easy or hard to put the bag down. Since it contains oats--- I find that if Im having a cup of tea with it.. 3 or 4 tablespoons worth ( altho I just pour a dab in my cupped hand... gets me full really quick. The tea must expand the oats, in my stomach. So I would recommend it, if youre on a diet. You can have your sweet & eat it too. I dont believe in diets.. I believe in changing your life style. This is one way.
