Very delicious rice!

I made sushi for the first time and used this rice..the flavor was great, easy to prepare, it is more of a sticky rice as it is meant to be but I never knew rice tasted so different..I loved this one!

This is what I use for sushi and sashimi

Don't try making sticky rice with uncle ben's, you have to use a product like this. This is the brand I use and this is the only brand at walmart (or my local one anyway) that will work for sushi. You have to make it in a specific way, rinsing it first before cooking and adding rice vinegar and sugar but there are plenty of recipes online on how to do it correctly but it does start with using the right rice for the job. I have no complaints with the rice, turns out great every time.
