I’m living my Golden Years as busy as I ever did in my “salad days”. That is to say I am just too busy to cook. But I LIKE to eat! So I refer to myself as a half-homemade cook. These Knorr pasta sides turn into a nice meal that actually leaves leftovers. Got some canned chicken? Drain it and throw it in the pot. Got some frozen veggies? Throw a handful of peas into the pot, too. Make sure it is all nice and hot, with maybe a couple more tbsp of milk. Call it dinner!

This is my new go to Knorr pasta side dish! I love the taste and texture of the creamy garlic pasta sauce. I do tend to reduce the water and supplement more whole milk to make it extra creamy.
