Very useful egg cooker!
This little appliance is something that I'll be using every few days. The eggs are hard-boiled for me when set at 15 minutes and about 3 ounces of water. Occasionally, one egg willed break open while cooking, but that's probably because the egg was cracked and I didn't notice. So far, I've cooked only 7 eggs in the bottom basket. I wipe the water off after it is cooled to prevent any calcium deposits from my water. Eggs peel easily, if the eggs are placed in ice water or cold tap water after removing from cooker. I use the egg basket like a collander and let the cold water run over the eggs. Hope that you like your egg cooker as much as I like mine!

I make a lot of hard boiled eggs for pickling and this only uses a couple ounces of water to cook 14 eggs completely hard boiled. I wish I new about these things a long time ago.
