Smucker’s Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, 16 oz Jar

This is the best peanut butter I can find anywhere. Simple on the ingredients: Peanuts, a bit of Salt. It’s a bit difficult to mix when first opened due to the separation of the peanut oil. Just take your time and mix it well all the way to the bottom. After the first mixing, each time is much easier, just a couple of good turns and it’s ready to use.

Just peanuts and tiny amount of salt... that's all it takes to make what I consider the best peanut butter out there! It is unmixed so you have to combine the oil from the top into the butter, but I have a special gadget that does it nicely in less than two minutes. After that, refrigerate and it won't "un-mix". Is it a little less convenient than processed peanut butters with hydrogenated ingredients and loads of sugars? My answer is: Perhaps, but I would rather sacrifice two minutes of my time, stir my peanut butter, and know it's MUCH Healthier than ones that will clog my arteries! Knowing it's better for me makes it taste even better!
