Flavorful cheese mix

This cheese blend of Great Value Shredded Pizza Cheese as well as other Great Value Shredded Cheeses are a staple on my grocery list. I always have one bag open in the fridge and a couple of different types in the freezer. It is convenient because it is pre-shredded and easy to use in various recipes. I love to add the cheese to top or add to cheese fries, broccoli, chicken divan recipe, salads, pizza, etc. I enjoy the gooey, flavorful mix of mozzarella and cheddar flavors and would recommend for the cost as opposed to the other name brands.

As someone with celiac disease who has not found a pizza crust, I like yet, I get some parchment paper and spread this cheese, thin and then add some Italian spice over it and then some pepperoni and a bake it at 400 for 20 minutes. After melting, I use paper towels to swap up any grease and it makes for a really good crustless pizza. I eat it a couple times a month. It's so good half of a bag makes a pretty good size pizza for one person. Try it.

Wonderful blend and no hassle for a great pizza

This is an excellent blend of cheeses and will buy again most definitely! I like to make my own pizza every now and then but didn't like it as well with just one cheese and buying several types wasn't feasible as I live alone. This is the best blend I have found and the perfect size for a decent sized pizza. if it is just cheese you may want more but I add meat, mushrooms, olives and then some shaker style parmesan after baking.
