Good to take as a meal replacement on the go for a complete protein source. This helps to aide in required complete protein source intake after strength training and helps to prevent overeating during evening meals from excessive hunger. Highly recommended as a quality nutrition protein bar for everyone. These bars are the best in hot weather as these do not melt compared to other brand of nutrition bars that melt easily in hot weather. Hopefully Clif bars of this type will always be available, of this flavor and the other flavors too, for a lifetime.
