I literally can’t get enough of this. It’s been a staple in my home. I use it mainly for sleep, like a natural sleep aid. I apply some on my face and nostrils (light amount but enough) and I’m telling you. Even on my worst nights, this is guaranteed to help for me. I apply it on my breakouts, I get cleared with three days. I use only at nighttime as preference unless I stay home, I will use during the day.

Rubbing Vicks vapor rub on my chest, temples, and even my wrist has been an aged old remedy for sickness, nausea, headaches, and congestion. My grandmother swore by the effectiveness of Vicks in my childhood. I spoke with a Walmart customer care agent about a missing order with Vicks vapor rub,, and he shared that he even rubs it on his head when he’s having a headache. I have a little too much hair for that, though, lol! Maybe that’s what happened to my missing order… The driver was in desperate need of Vicks vapor rub relief, lol!
