Bake Like A Cake

At first you may think that the pieces are too large to be able to be able to thaw and then fry. I've fried these pieces before but it is absolutely necessary to slow fry and turn the meat over frequently so that it is thoroughly cooked down to the bone, but I tried baking them recently and they turned out so good. I unthawed them for about an hour to make sure they were thoroughly unthawed because the chicken legs are large like they've been on steroids or something. I seasoned them with salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer on both sides and placed in a 9 x 12 plan with vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan. I had preheated the oven to 300 degrees and let them bake for an hour. About halfway through the baking process I placed some water in the pan so the chicken wouldn't stick and pored some barbeque sauce over them. That chicken was so tender and moist like the best I had ever tasted. It was really delicious. I would say that these are the best for baking, not to mention the price for the size of the bag. Try them, you'll enjoy it, I did,.

Great value for tight wallets

With the economy the way it is, despite whomever one chooses to blame, one must do what one can to relieve the financial stress. That being said, I keep at least one bag of these chicken legs in my chest freezer at all times for an easy dinner. I steam them until they are cooked through, then cool in the fridge. From here, I can season and either bake in the oven for a fried chicken texture or broil them for a bbq texture. Alternately, they can also be fried or grilled. Add mashed potatoes and a steamed vegetable and I got dinner for my family for less than $10.

These are staple in my home. I love chicken drumsticks. I cook these often. I'm noticing that there are less in the bag. The price is not going down though. Please keep these affordable. Everything is so expensive right now. Please let me continue to afford to eat chicken.
