Each Tablet Contains Sodium (448 Mg), Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 8.4 Mg Per Tablet. This Product Does Not Contain Phenylpropanolamine (Ppa). Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame Potassium, Aspartame, Citric Acid, Docusate Sodium, Flavors, Leucine, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sorbitol, Starch.

Love It
I originally switched to Equate brand about 8 months ago because it was much cheaper than Alka Seltzer, but now Alka Seltzer puts Aspirin in the plus cold formulas instead of Acetaminophen. Thank goodness for Equate!

Alka Seltzer Cold Medication
I have both allergies and acid reflux, I use to use Alka Seltzer Plus Cold, then I found Equate Effervescent cold relief, this product is exactly the same and produces the same results for 1.3 the expense.
