I love that it's designed especially for women and that it claims 6 health benefits: Heart Health, Immune Health, Bone Health, Hair/Skin/Nails Health, Muscle Health and Aids in Energy Levels. On the other hand, each vitamin is very large. Sometimes I have difficulty swallowing it .
