I am a type 2 diabetic and I like to have a bun with a burger. carbohydrates and protein are what I look at when I eat. this way I'm only eating 16 carbs 4 protein. this allows me to have a little something else to go along my dinners/lunch. but they are awesome. Tried these for the first time this week. We had them grilled for burgers and it was amazing! The crisp that it gets when it is grilled is addictive! Will be buying these again and again. Also had one grilled with some cream cheese on it and it was soooo good!!!! Reminded me of a grilled bagel I used to get all the time, soft and crispy.

i love potato rolls. They are more expensive than white rolls. i get yhe 12 pach which means each bun is slightly smaller. i consider it a win win. i get more rolls, and they are a few less calories than regular size potato rolls. Martin's is an excellent brand.
