Coconut Lover's Dream

Marie Callender's Coconut Cream  Pie has been my favorite dessert since my first bite.  I always keep one on-hand.  (I actually have two in the deep freezer right now.)  The smooth texture and rich coconut flavor, combined with the perfect buttery crust that no coconut lover could pass up.
