These make great snacks to eat right out of the can!! :) They are packed in thier own juice and for me that a plus!! :) I also like they do not have added sugar to them...Fruit is sweet enough all on its own! People should give their kids more things this instead of so much junk!! I love to share a few bits this with my dog..as he is my fur kid!! I also like that I do not have to just pour the liquid down the drain and we can just drink it!! :) I do not waste money!

Pineapple canned in its on juice is very healthy, digestion wise it's great. I love my coleslaw with pineapple chunks in it and always add a bit of the juice to the dressing. I use pineapple chunks quite a bit. Chinese sweet and sour, any type of fruit salad and sometimes I eat it along with sausage and eggs.

These are the best pineapples I've tasted from the can. They are sweeter than the Dole %26 Libby's canned pineapples. The cans are a nice size and have the pop top, no can opener needed. The chunks are not to firm and not to soft, just right. I put them in the refrigerator let them get cold and you have yourself a nice healthy snack
