Easy and healthy for keeping foods from sticking!

I love this Canola in a spray can and GV costs much less than name brands. I make sure to have a spare can in the pantry. Although I do use regular Canola oil, along with a couple of others, this is great when you just don't want something sticking to the pan, but don't want to waste oil. I've never had it clog up, it sprays right where you want it and the flavor is just like from the bottle.

For what you get this is perfect and price and value. I highly recommend getting this brand. It is perfect for what I need and I know it would be perfect for everybody else.
