It's Good Seasons Italian. How can you go wrong?

Since I've gotten older I've changed my diet to eat healthier. Part of that is eating a large salad everyday, usually spinach, kale, and other nutritious mixed greens. I wanted my dressing to be as healthy as possible too, so chose to use Good Seasons Italian made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. Although the sugar and sodium content in the GS is a bit higher than I'd like, it's a trade off because I also love the flavor.

This is the BEST salad dressing! i use itvwith EVOO and red wine vinegar or Apple cider or peach vinegars. i have also used it with lemon juice instead of vinegars! ALL fantastic! MY BEST TIP: MIX packet with EVOO and vinegar THEN with Granks Red Hot Sauce for a chicken marinade that everyone RAVES about! ( I did this for a Firemans chicken BBQ, and the fireman said it was THE BEST CHICKEN they ever made)

I used the Good Seasons packets back in the day, when I first started cooking on my own. I always loved the flavor of the dressing and it typically came with a useful cruet.
