Instructions
1. Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste. 2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 6 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla® sauce.

Best ever if you can find it.
Only Bariila Rigati cooks this fast and is perfectly al dete. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to find. I used to only find it at Walmart. Then they stopped stocking it at my store so I ordered online. Now I can't even do that. They say I have to get it in store in another city. Huh?

Bought a box on accident and now it's my family's new favorite noodle. It holds all the sauce and other ingredients better so you get more in your mouth with each bite. It made our spaghetti sauce seem more tasty because there was more on each noodle. Just wish it were easier to find in stores. This DEFINITELY needs to become more popular. It's so much better than normal spaghetti noodles. I love the ridges on these noodles. They really do make a big difference!

Why didn't I think of this?!
Hands down my new favorite long pasta shape, replacing bucatini and even Barilla's own "Thick Spaghetti." Aside from the ridges allowing for greater sauce capture, the added ribbed texture of this "Spaghetti Rigati" takes any dish I've made calling for traditional spaghetti noodles to a new level! Don't see myself choosing any other pasta shape anytime soon. Good on ya, Barilla!
