Tail and mane shampoo remains my favorite. Years ago I tried it and swore my hair grew and flourished. Couldn't find it for quite a while but have found it again (%26 it's less than other shampoos which when tested are as bad for your hair as a chemical process...test them you'll see). Anyway not sure it's for all hair types but it i love it!

Use it on my hair.

My hair was falling out after I had taken a medication and seems it would not stop. I have thin wavy hair now and did not want to lose more, and someone suggested this shampoo. It usually is used on a horse's mane and tail, which I knew about, but had not tried it on my hair. I have now been using it for several years and I have little hair loss. Also prevents my frizzies when it is humid and leaves it soft and managable. Yes, humans use it too! The conditioner is good too.
