Remember when you're mom made salmon patties for dinner? When I was growing up in the 60s we usually had what my mother called salmon patties at least once every 2 weeks. I ask for them they were great hot or cold just add mustard and bread and you had an amazing sandwich. Jack Mackerel is getting harder and harder to find . So when I found this I said well let me try this one and its awesome. Allows me to remember my childhood.

this is Jumbo makes salad milder taste you still have fish taste yet not over powering it is in-between strong and light a reality good medium on favors, of course it would be it's a main brands worth the investment cost a little more yet well worth it.

...on limited sodium? that is ok drain and rinse and use the juice a spoon full at a time from a jar in your fridge and crush up the bones in this and don't waste the nutrients... make patties and freeze for quick and easy meals later make your own fish patties on a bun or bread or even a hotdog bun...
