Banner Sausage, Canned Sausage, 10.5 oz.

I've eaten Banner sausage since I was a child it was better when it was in the smaller skinny can and cooked up better but I still eat in every so often liked the old can better but I'll have to take what I can get also im71 years young still like smaller can better

Definitely not a patty or any way to form it into a patty. It was like liquified sausage. Taste was not bad though. I can see it mixed with a binder to make a breakfast casserole or mixed with eggs (as can suggests) to give it cohesive consistency. Reminded me of runny corned beef. I will keep ONE in my pantry for emergency casserole needs, but not a staple I'll stock up on regularly.
