Especially for diabetics or just just cutting back on sugar and corn syrup loaded desserts, this brand of sugarless fruit flavored gelatin is a light, yet equally as satisfying taste as those heavy with sugar and others loaded with healthy deadly corn syrup. I top these gelatin cups with low fat and low or sugarless whip cream, but a dollop, not a mountain high amount. For added protein and fiber, add crushed unsalted, unsweetened nuts of your choice.
