Biochem 100% Whey Protein Chocolate 30.9 oz Powder

I've been doing strength training and exercising while using this protein for many years. I have tried others just to compare but the others don't come close to this one for me. This one is great, in complementing my protein intake especially since I don't eat any kind of red meat or pork. I love the texture and how easily it mixes with either milk or just plain water. I like it better with almond milk and frozen fruit. The shakes come out thick and smooth. I love the chocolate taste too.

I've used it daily for 3 years at the recommendation of a naturopathic doctor I see every 6 months for a check up. I travel with it. I also drink a second glass per day if I am working long days. The benefits can be felt shortly after ingesting it. I like to add the All One vitamin mix with it. My preference is the chocolate and I order Earth's Promise Strawberry Kiwi powder to make it all taste truly fantastic.
