Really, as a woman, these are the only shoe inserts I've found that work well for me. I cannot find another that works this well. I used to buy the expensive ones that you could use a machine to figure your type but their quality dipped to zero so I quit buying those.

A good change for my feet

After the mistake of wearing yard shoes for years, these help stabilize my feet. I now depend on these to help me walk without discomfort and keep my arch supported. Having a shoe that you're able to remove the stock insole is definitely a must. The plastic is hard, yet flexible and should be changed according to the packaging. This is a great product for those who need a more aggressive arch. One thing to keep in mind is it might take time for your feet to get used to them.
