There is nothing I disliked about it. I first ordered one pair to try it out and it was amazing. I have arthritis and I can't believe the difference it made in my life I put them in my slippers that I wear during the day. Now I received two more pair and I put them in my work shoes and every day shoes. I will never be without them.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and with these insoles I can wear less expensive boots and they don't hurt my feet. I buy my boots 1/2 size bigger to accommodate the insole and interchange them so I don't have to have a pair for each boot and replace them every six months
