I use it every day
I would say the review summary title says it best: I use my Victorinox Manager every day. I carry it in that little coin pocket on my jeans. There is always at least one challenge daily that requires something as simple as a loose screw, something that needs cutting with either a blade or scissors, or perhaps I need a pen to write quickly write something down. Without the Manager, these little tasks would take way too much time to approach as I look for the right tool. Instead, with the Manager, it's only a matter of a few seconds, and my task it done. And of course, the product quality is excellent.

My favorite Small-size SAK
The Rambler/Manager/Midnite Manager series are my favorite small-size SAKs. They combine all the essential tools for basic cutting, grooming, and screwdriver capabilities without the added bulk and (to me) limited extra utility of the minichamp. The addition of the philips/bottle opener over the "Base model" Classic/Signature/Signature Lite series is a hugely useful addition. The key addition of the manager over the rambler is replacing the toothpick with a ballpoint pen, which is extremely useful to me and has come in handy on more than one occasion. Probably not comfortable enough to write with to be your main pen, but good enough to quickly write down a phone number or similar in a pinch. I recommend keeping the tweezers over the thicker and (to me) limited-usefulness LED flashlight in the Midnite model.

The Perfect Small Victorinox
I can't sing the Manager's praises too loudly. What a useful multitool, packing quite a punch for its size. It's in my pocket every day and gets used every day. The retractable pen is the icing on the cake. Writes and handles well and I never have to go looking for a pen in a pinch.
