This brushless small angle grinder requires no time changing brushes, and offers a longer motor life. It offers a high level of protection. Its break stops the wheel in 2 seconds or less. The kickback break engages maximum force to stop the wheel when there is a pinch, stall, or bind-up to reduce kickback. The grinder will also shut off in those events to further protect the user. Battery and charger sold separately.

Great angle grinder for a reasonable price.
This angle grinder is great. The price was a little higher than I liked, but I found a discount and that made it more manageable. The quality is what you come to expect from DeWalt so I am very satisfied with that. However, I do have one complaint. The level handle is a little more difficult to push when first starting than I would like. Usually, on these, you can slightly apply pressure to the "safety," and the lever will press down smoothly without issue. However, on this one, you need to apply a little more pressure than usual, and that makes the lever press down a little further initially, making the tool spin a little faster than I like. However, I just backed it off a bit and use it like normal. Overal, its a great tool, reasonable price, and is a great addition to all of my other DeWalt tools.
