I personally have not used this product but I buy it for my fiance who wears by this he has allergies so bad when he cuts the grass or spend any time outside his eyes practically swell up he can hardly speak because he is sneezing or rubbing his eyes or or clearing a throat or or something and his nose is always stuffed up so bad and he uses this and he says that this clear the congestion up so much that he can actually sleep and carry on through the day he goes through like a bottle of months or sometimes a bottle and a half a month he's got severe allergies so I I buy two of these a month for him best product I've ever bought for him
