Helps alot

Don't have many menstrual cycles anymore due to peromenipause, but I had one come up this morning and I took some middle I had sitting on the shelf after I checked the expiration date....within 20 minutes my headache was gone and I am feeling good. I want to cry I'm am so happy 😊

It help out alot

I really like this brand i rember i use too use it when i was young and it help alot when i had bad cramps felt bloated now my daughter use them and i t help her alot when she feels really bad cramps i really recommend this brand

Great for troublesome headaches!

Helps extremely with pain and fatigue! I don't feel nauseous after taking and I also get an energy boost. The packing is nice and compact. Instructions are easy and written well!
