I suffer cat and seasonal allergies and it helped relieve my nasal congestion almost immediately and for many hours after. I would definitely purchase this for my nasal symptoms.

I had been having sinus congestion a couple of days before I discovered this Voxbox on my porch. I immediately opened the box to try it out. The menthol was cooling and refreshing as you would expect which was definitely nice. What was even better is that within minutes my nasal passages were almost completely cleared. The effect lasted for several hours until it was time for another dose. I've been using for a few days in conjunction with a neti pot and my sinuses are almost back to normal. My ENT doctor has always recommended Afrin because it works so well and is reasonably priced. The addition of menthol is great as well! If you are suffering from any sinus problems I recommend giving this a try.
