I tried two other brands before these and they both did not like the taste and that was a deterrent from them taking them regularly. When I started buying these, I noticed they would come in the room and take their nightly dosage before I said anything. They actually like the taste and said they feel more alert and like the vitamins are working, so they don't want to miss a dosage. If they like it, I love it! I would highly suggest if you have teen boys.
