This is the best solution for you if you have insomnia. I have been using this for almost a year now and I always want it in my bag and basically everywhere I go. I need not worry because I have this product with me all the time. Even my father started using this because he likes how it smells and he is convinced that it is very effective. I recommend this to all of the people having the same problems as I have and I can assure you that you will like it and you will never regret trying it. I have been using this for almost a year now and I have never seen any problem since I started using this. This is the best product to take if you have insomnia. It is very effective and it will make you calm. If you wake up at night and you can't go back to sleep, then you really need this.
