Miralax powder doesn't really work for me , I have ibs-c but these do for some reason. Start off with two and work your way up to 4 or you will get gas.

As soon as they hit my stomach I immediately start to feel them working. Within a hour or so they were working working on me if you know what I mean! They actually make you feel cleared out but not in a bad way a good way. I definitely recommend these and I will be purchasing again.
