This is my go-to product for most aches, pains, colds, sniffles, sore throats etc. Over many, many years of usage, it has been the most consistently effective of over the counter medicines for the everyday problems that don't rise to needing medical attention but do require something to still the problems. I'm specific here about the upper strength one for colds and flu for, I feel, it has some antihistamine that dries noses and coats throats. No matter where I go I have a packet slipped in my billfold 'just in case' which, often has been of assistance to a friend, fellow traveler or another suddenly found suffered.
