Fully dissolve tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Adults 60 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Fast Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband suffers with allot of heartburn and indigestion, snd this product works great for fast relief. We like that this is a fast relief for heartburn and indigestion, and it's safe on sensitive stomachs. They come in a small package that makes it easy to care with you, the tablets are the size of a quarter which makes them dissolve allot faster. And the taste isn't too bad. This box was free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I would definitely buy Alka-Seltzer in the future.

No aspirin? No problem!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone that suffers from acid indigestion and upset stomach post eating - this done did what it said it would. So here's the deal: I tried this post Italian food (the red sauce always gets me good) and wine. I dropped alka seltzer tablet in a glass of water, waited for the fizz and drank it. I only used one tablet, and to be honest the taste isn't bad! Not great by any means truthfully, but definitely not bad and it really got rid of my heartburn and indigestion. Totally recommend!
