I'm not sure what the claims are but I like it
It makes my hair feel silky soft and it smells amazing. The instructions just say to apply daily. I find it works on wet or dry hair, roots and ends as well as for a dry end refresher in between washes. You don't need a lot and it spreads very well since it's not thick or sticky. It also helps your hair get slip to detangle if u suffer from tangles like me.
