This unit requires a special 230-volt/20-amp electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet. Cools great-Best price I could find
The ac was delivered on time, so far it has worked great. This replaced a 10 year old ac that just couldn't do the job anymore.The unit is being used in a small office, it is a little louder than the one it replaced,but sure cools better. I filled out the warranty card and mailed it. It came back saying the address didn't exist. It was just a bar code where the address was supposed to be. Could not find an address anywhere in the paperwork to send it so I will keep it and my receipt in case I need warranty.
